It’s cheaper, more sustainable, and oddly satisfying to grow your own food from what you almost threw away. Here are 10 veggies you can regrow at home: 🧅 Spring onions – Pop the white roots in a glass of water, and they’ll regrow in days. 🥬 Lettuce – Place the base in a shallow dish of water and watch new leaves sprout. 🥬 Celery – Same method as lettuce. Regrows beautifully from the base. 🧄 Garlic – Plant a single clove, and it will grow into a full bulb. 🥔 Potatoes – Got a spud with “eyes”?
