TERMS & CONDITIONS: CIRCULAR ECONOMY HOTSPOT TICKET GIVEAWAY
Promoter: The promoter is Good for the Hood Pty Ltd (ABN: [Insert ABN]), located at [Insert Registered Address] ("Promoter").
Promotion Period: The promotion begins at 9:00 AM AEST on 12 September 2026 and closes at 11:59 PM AEST on 19 September 2026 ("Promotion Period").
Eligibility: Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older. Employees, directors, and immediate family members of the Promoter are ineligible to enter.
How to Enter: To enter, participants must complete the single-question survey via the official survey link provided in the email campaign during the Promotion Period. Only one entry per person is permitted.
Nature of Contest (Game of Skill): This promotion is a Game of Skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winners. Each valid entry will be individually judged by Jo Taranto (or her appointed representative) based on literary merit, insight, original thought, and relevance to the prompt.
Prize Details:
There are three (3) individual prizes available to be won.
Each prize consists of one (1) 3-Day Full Delegate Pass to the Asia Pacific Circular Economy Hotspot 2026 in Sydney (valued at $1,100 AUD GST incl. each).
Total Prize Pool Value: $3,300 AUD (GST incl.).
Prizes cover event admission only and do not include travel, accommodation, meals, or incidental expenses incurred by attending the event.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, non-assignable, and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
Judging & Winner Notification:
Judging will take place on 20 September 2026 online.
The three (3) best entries chosen by Jo Taranto will be declared the winners. The judge’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Winners will be notified via the email address supplied in their survey submission within two (2) business days of judging.
If a winner does not respond to accept the prize within 7 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to re-judge the remaining entries and award the prize to an alternative winner.
General Conditions: The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that is inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions.
