Here are 10 veggies you can regrow at home: 🧅 Spring onions – Pop the white roots in a glass of water, and they’ll regrow in days. 🥬 Lettuce – Place the base in a shallow dish of water and watch new leaves sprout. 🥬 Celery – Same method as lettuce. Great question and yeah, it can feel a bit backwards. But when you pay for accredited GreenPower, you’re not just buying renewable energy, you’re also helping fund more renewable infrastructure.
